He was the myth and the legend of our small town. But no one knew the truth... except me.
My childhood was stolen by a monster. I’ve forgotten what love feels like. What happiness feels like. What hope feels like. I am numb.
He’s possibly as damaged as I am. Maybe even more. Scarred just as much on the inside as the outside. Just like me. He doesn’t speak. He doesn’t smile. He hides in the woods like an animal. I should be scared of him. But I’m not. He’s the only one that has ever made me feel. And I want to make him feel, too. everything...
Read Torn, the first book in this series (all can be read standalone)
Tied is book 2 in the Devils Wolves series. It could be read as a standalone but just a fair warning…once you read one of this author’s books, you will need to read them all!
Tyler Grace is a recluse who refuses to even speak to his family. He rescues Holly and they find themselves connected in so many ways. Both are scarred and damaged on the inside and out and both feel like outcasts from their small town.
Holly Daniels has a lot to cope with while trying to find out how and where she fits in. I love how the author gives us enough background to break our hearts, but not break our spirit, and then in the end enough to hope for the best, but knowledge that it isn’t all rainbows.
“Sugar. This… what we’re dealing with right here is reality. It’s ugly and it f*<king hurts like hell, but it’s real. Life ain’t no fairytale. If we want this to work, we have to accept that.”
I absolutely loved every word of this beautiful story and it’s beautifully damaged Hero & heroine!
